Bridget Felix is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC). Over the last 15 years, she has utilized functional medicine and a holistic approach in navigating her own health issues, from cancer to auto-immune disease.
Her personal health journey not only equips her with a profound understanding of the often long and bumpy road to health, but it also enables her to make deep connections with clients who have struggled along their own paths. Bridget supports and empowers her clients as they embark on a journey of exploration and experimentation, paving their way toward optimal well-being through lifestyle change.
She has a background in modern and aerial dance, is a yoga and music enthusiast, hiker, rock climber, and as a flight attendant for the last 25 years, she has traveled and connected with people all over the world.
Bridget lives in Asheville, North Carolina with her husband and two sons.

I had such a wonderful and fruitful time working with Bridget and could not recommend her more. I have learned that psychology plays such a large part in healing, probably the most important part.
